First Firm in Louisiana to Achieve Just Label 2.0 Recognition
EskewDumezRipple is proud to announce that we’ve become the first architecture firm in Louisiana to achieve the prestigious Just Label 2.0 recognition from the International Living Future Institute’s Just program. This recognition is a testament to our ongoing commitment to social justice, equity, and transparency within our firm and the community.
The Just program is a transparency platform that evaluates firms based on their commitment to social justice in six key areas: diversity and inclusion, equity, employee health, employee benefits, stewardship, and supply chain practices. Through this certification, the firm demonstrates accountability and responsibility in the way we treat our people and operate our business.

With a team of 59 employees in New Orleans and Washington, DC, we believe in giving back to the community we serve. Our Day of Service program, held annually on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, reflects our dedication to community engagement and has now been further validated through our Just Label recognition.
Additionally, we’ve reinforced our commitment to social responsibility through partnerships with initiatives such as the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA), NOMA’s Project Pipeline, STEM NOLA, and ACE Mentor Program, all of which engage underserved communities and foster diversity in architecture, engineering, and construction.
